Liability Waiver for Moneyball Nation Pickleball Tournament

I, the undersigned participant in the pickleball tournament organized by Moneyball Nation, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand that participating in the pickleball tournament involves inherent risks, including the risk of personal injury, property damage, or death. I voluntarily assume all such risks.
Waiver and Release: I waive, release, and discharge Moneyball Nation, its organizers, sponsors, affiliates, employees, volunteers, and the venue hosting the tournament from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any kind arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me, whether caused by the negligence of any of the above parties or otherwise, while participating in the pickleball tournament or while on the premises where the tournament is being conducted.
Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold Moneyball Nation, its organizers, sponsors, affiliates, employees, volunteers, and the venue harmless from any liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs, or expenses in connection with any claim arising out of my participation in the tournament.
Photographic Release: I grant Moneyball Nation the right to use photographs, videos, or other images of me taken during the tournament for promotional purposes.
No Insurance Coverage: I acknowledge that Moneyball Nation does not provide insurance coverage for participants, and I am responsible for obtaining my own health, accident, and liability insurance.
Rules and Regulations: I agree to abide by all rules, regulations, and decisions of Moneyball Nation and its officials concerning my participation in the tournament.

By participating in the pickleball tournament, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this waiver and release of liability and voluntarily agree to its terms.
