Eastside x Moneyball Open Gender Doubles Event

We are hosting an Open Gender MoneyBall tournament with the winning team taking the prize! You will pick your partners and pools will be based on total DUPR average. Everyone is guaranteed a minimum of 4 games and a maximum of 6 games. This tournament will be recorded in DUPR. We will be using the Vulcan ball.

Tournament Details:

• Entry Fee: $55/player (+$10 for non ESPC member)

• DUPR Rules: Max combined DUPR of 11. Teams must meet DUPR requirements (+0.03 buffer determined on signup). Teams outside the range will be removed.

• Payouts:

  • $400 for 8 teams.

  • $300 for 6 teams.

  • Less than 6 teams = Bracket canceled.

Bracket Formats:

We’ll adjust based on the number of teams:

6-Team Bracket

• 2 pools of 3 teams each.

• Round Robin: Games to 11, win by 2 (cap at 13).

• Playoffs: One game to 15, win by 2 (cap at 17).

• Championship: Best 2/3 to 11 or one game to 15 (depending on time).

8-Team Bracket

• 2 pools of 4 teams each.

• Round Robin: Games to 11, win by 2 (cap at 13).

• Playoffs: One game to 15, win by 2 (cap at 17).

• Championship: Best 2/3 to 11 or one game to 15 (depending on time).
